No. 13 (2025): The consequences of being the first digital natives

Reports by the Consejo Audiovisual de Andalucía have been warning of the ease with which minors can access pornographic and violent websites. In the case of the first digital natives, they have already spent their childhood spending almost four hours a day in front of screens, according to data from the CAA's latest Audiovisual Barometer of Andalusia. In the same way, they have developed during their adolescence and early youth making use of the Internet and exposing their intimacy and living their personal relationships through Whatsapp and social networks. Hence the importance of analysing their situation in order to assess the present and establish lines of action for the future.
